Dr. Feldman is an expert on eyelid and lacrimal surgery, paralysis of the facial nerve and the eye socket at the Soraski (Ichilov) Tel Aviv Medical Center.

Dr. Feldman has undergone two prestigious fellowships in England at the leading ophthalmological hospitals in Europe.

Dr. Feldman has performed his first fellowship at the Queen Victoria Hospital, the largest plastic and aesthetic surgery hospital in England. As a result, many patients from all over Europe are referred to Dr. Feldman for tumor removal and treatment of burns. Dr. Feldman has performed surgeries on hundreds of patients from all over Europe at the private center for aesthetic surgery of the Queen Victoria Hospital.

Dr. Feldman’s second fellowship was performed at Moorfield’s – one of London’s oldest and leading hospitals in the field of ophthalmology, where he was trained by two renowned ophthalmology experts. The first is the famous Prof. Richard Collins, who had guided Dr. Feldman in the aesthetic microsurgery of the eyelids as well as complicated eyelid reconstruction techniques following tumor removal procedures. The other is Professor Jeffrey Ross, an expert in treating watery eyes, under the guidance of which Dr. Feldman has performed hundreds of surgeries on patients from across Europe.
