Deputy head of the Ophthalmology Department at the Holon Wolfson Hospital from 1991 until retirement.

Head of the Cataract and Corneal Surgery Services.

Member of the Tel Aviv University Eye Disease Examination Committee, cataract surgeon at the Medica Hospital in Ramat Gan.

Taught various eye surgery methods in China and India, including Phacoemulsification for cataract surgery.

Developed a posterior capsule polishing technique using vacuum during cataract surgery and, together with Prof. Bar Tov, developed an alternative method for cataract surgery for use in third world countries.

Subspecialty in the Netherlands for cataract and strabismus surgery (learned from the greatest eye surgeons in the field, Binkhorst and Varst).

Advanced studies in Phacoemulsification surgery in Santa Monica with the great surgeon Sinsky.
