Dr. Uri Shulman is a specialist in plastic surgery, served as deputy head of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Kaplan Hospital during 2013 and was on the administrative staff of the Israeli Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery in 2011-2013.
Dr. Shulman is a graduate of medical studies from the Tel Aviv University. He specialized in plastic surgery at the Department of Plastic Surgery of the Beilinson Hospital, Tel ha-Shomer Hospital and had completed the specialization at the Kaplan Hospital.
He is currently practicing as a senior physician in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Kaplan Hospital, regularly attends plastic surgery conferences in Israel and abroad, writes and co-authors scientific publications, gives lectures in plastic surgery at conferences and in various educational settings.
Over the years Dr. Shulman has been involved in the arts, including painting, drawing and sculpting, playing guitar and saxophone and even planned to apply to architecture studies. After realizing that there is room for applying manual skills and to combine them with aesthetic approach, creativity and analytical thinking, Dr. Shulman decided to apply to the medical field and to continue with plastic surgery.
Dr. Shulman performs the following plastic and aesthetic surgeries: nose surgery, breast augmentation, breast lifting and breast reduction, facial surgery, eyelid lifting, ear pinning, abdominoplasty, liposuction, Gynecomastia surgery, and the use of Botox and various filler substances for facial enhancement.
