Personal Code of Conduct
I believe in the patients’ full right to understand the nature of a treatment or a surgical operation they are considering to undergo, as well as its significance on them and on their family members. Specifically regarding amniocentesis, patients’ opinion on what to do with the various test results is very important and my first ethical duty is to be certain that the patient has received a full explanations and that I am convinced that the patient has understood them well.
