Education

Graduated with honors from the Samara Medical University, Russia, in 1989. In 1999 obtained a Medical Sciences specialization degree (PhD), with the researched thesis: “Tactics and Organization of the Treatment of Casualties with Traumatic Vascular Injury”. Immigrated to Israel in 2000. Passed specialization in vascular surgery from 2001 to 2007 in the Vascular Surgery Department, Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, Jerusalem. At the conclusion of the training began working at the Shiba Tel ha-Shomer Hospital as a vascular surgeon.

Primary specialization: vascular surgery. Extensive experience in treating venous disease in a variety of treatment methods including open surgery, minimally invasive laser therapy, radio waves, steam, ultrasound-guided foam injection and cosmetic capillary injection therapy.

2000-2010 – Worked as a surgeon in the Vascular Surgery Department, Kalinin District Hospital, Samara, Russia.
