Dr. Yanko loves the challenges which she frequently encounters in the course of her work. Dr. Yanko has performed surgeries even on the patients who have had severe reconstruction problems. She works hard to find medical solution for these types of cases. Dr. Yanko believes in a dedicated, patient, and professional treatment for each patient. Every patient receives a full explanation of his or her surgery and is closely guided throughout the process.
Dr. Yanko practices aesthetic and plastic surgery, facial, eyelid, nose and chest surgeries, as well as body shaping in addition to reconstructive medical surgery, removal of nevus and tumors. In addition, Dr. Yanko has extensive experience in therapeutic aesthetics, including Hyaluronic Acid treatment, Dysport and Botox, lifting needles. She focuses mainly on reconstruction treatments following MOHS surgeries, soft tissue and bone reconstruction surgery (orthopedics and oncologic orthopedics), and microsurgical treatments for head and neck reconstruction.
Dr. Yanko has authored numerous articles and chapters in professional literature. She is a member of the Israeli Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery and the Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery. Dr. Yanko lectures at conferences in Israel and abroad, and teaches physicians specializing in plastic surgery and tangential professions, and has been invited several times to sit on the Scientific Committee for Organizing Conferences in Israel, and on the Board of Examiners for Proficiency in Plastic Surgery.
Instructor in the various areas of plastic surgery – at the Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Lecturer in training courses for multi-systemic diagnostics.
Responsible for the academic program at the Department of Plastic Surgery, and for the curriculum in plastic surgery studies as part of the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine Advanced Studies Program.
2012 – Winner of the AMI Technology Award for the best lecture at the conference of the Israeli Association of Plastic Surgeons.
