The most common causes of upper limb disease are:
* Acute and chronic trauma of the hands. Common especially among young people, people who work with their hands, athletes and others.

* Occupational diseases that affect practitioners in areas such as: diamond polishing, typing, music, sports and more.
As in any surgical field, hand disease is divided into two major groups: elective (invited) surgeries and urgent surgeries.
