* Deductible rate for the surgery will be paid at Medica
* Nose surgery includes the presence or absence of a septum.
* Pre-surgery consultation, insofar as it is given, provided that it was not performed in another setting (at Maccabi and/or covered by an insurance basket, etc.), will cost NIS 300 including VAT to be collected from the insured at the doctor’s clinic (this rate can sometimes be changed by the Maccabi). It will be clarified that this cost will be deducted from the participation of the insured in respect of the surgery as far as it is performed.
